These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) set binding rules for your access to and use of the LUXI bio-link service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Section 1 — Acceptance
Section 2 — Description of Service
:site is an online platform that lets users create customizable bio-link profiles, share links, and manage profile pages.
Features may change over time; paid or free plans may be announced separately.
Section 3 — Account and Eligibility
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement under applicable law. Minors may use the service only with consent of a legal guardian where required.
Section 4 — User Content and Uploads
You are solely responsible for all content you publish or upload — including text, bio, social links, avatar, background image or video, profile music, custom cursor, and any other files on your profile.
:site provides hosting and display infrastructure only; you are responsible for the legality, copyright status, and compliance of your content with applicable law.
You retain ownership of your content; you grant the platform a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and deliver the service.
Do not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, personality rights, or criminal law.
Section 5 — Prohibited Conduct
The following is strictly prohibited:
- Illegal content; hate speech, harassment, fraud, or malware
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content sexualizing minors
- Sharing others’ personal data without permission
- Attempting to compromise platform security, DDoS, or service disruption
- Impersonation, spam, or misleading profiles
- Materials that infringe third-party rights
If abuse is suspected, content may be removed immediately and accounts suspended or terminated; where required by law, we may report to authorities and share relevant technical records (IP address, date/time, action type) for security and legal purposes.
Section 6 — Intellectual Property
The :site name, logo, interface design, and software belong to the platform and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
Third-party trademarks (e.g. Discord) belong to their respective owners.
Section 7 — Changes to the Service
We may modify features, perform maintenance, or discontinue the service to comply with law or improve the platform.
We will try to give notice of material changes when possible; urgent security measures are an exception.
Section 8 — Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close your account without prior notice if you breach these terms, harm other users, or threaten platform security.
You may request account closure; some data may be retained where required by law.
Section 9 — Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or harm arising from third-party links on your profile.
Content and security of external links are the responsibility of link owners.
Section 10 — Governing Law and Disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; courts and enforcement offices in Turkey have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
We encourage attempting amicable resolution before formal proceedings.
